OUR STORY · BT GOURMET ENTERPRISE

Familiar Local Flavours, Made to Be Shared.

From a small traditional bakery in Klang to a one-stop destination for Malaysian local favourites, BT Gourmet has grown around one simple idea: familiar food brings people together.

BT Gourmet bakery heritage

OUR BEGINNING

From a Small Bakery to a Taste of Malaysia

BT Gourmet Enterprise was established in 2008 in Bukit Tinggi, Klang, Selangor. We began as a small bakery specialising in traditional Heong Pheah and Tau Sar Pheah.

With a focus on freshly baked pastries, quality ingredients and traditional flavours, the range gradually grew to include Siew Pao, egg tarts, Kaya Puffs, Wife Cakes and other familiar favourites.

As customers began asking for local specialties from other states, BT Gourmet grew beyond the bakery counter into a one-stop destination for flavours from across Malaysia.

OUR COMMITMENT

Freshness Is a Standard, Not a Slogan

Our pastries are baked in small batches throughout the day. The next batch is prepared when the previous one is nearly sold out, and BT Gourmet does not sell overnight pastries.

From the maltose filling of Heong Pheah to the flaky layers and savoury filling of Siew Pao, the goal is simple: preserve the taste and texture people expect from traditional baking.

MORE THAN A BAKERY

A One-Stop Home for Malaysian Local Favourites

Today, BT Gourmet brings together more than 500 local specialties from across Malaysia — from pastries and snacks to coffee, spices and regional favourites. For locals, families, travellers and gift-givers, it is a convenient place to rediscover familiar flavours and bring a taste of home with them.
